Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Holocaust Memorial Miami Beach is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 404, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $333,499 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the Holocaust Memorial Miami 14
Beach as described in Appropriations Project Request 404. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
