Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Big Brothers Big Sisters Bigs Inspiring 9
Scholastic Success (BISS) is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representativ es and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 581, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Big Brothers Big Sisters 16
Bigs Inspiring Scholastic Success (BISS) as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 581. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
