Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Funding for Clay County Senior Services of 9
Aging True is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 331, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $225,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the Funding for Clay County 16
Senior Services of Aging True as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 331. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
