Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Town of Cutler Bay - Active Adults Services is 8
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 444, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the Town of Cutler Bay - 14
Active Adults Services as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 444. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
