Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of South Florida Nursing Expansion 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 899, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Board of Governors to fund the University of South Florida 16
Nursing Expansion as described in Appropriations Project Request 17
899. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
