Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Saint Leo University - Organic Farm (The Farm) 9
Initiative is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 702, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $311,700 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Saint Leo University - 16
Organic Farm (The Farm) Initiative as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 702. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
