Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Belleview Lake Lillian Park Recreation 9
Enhancements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 575, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Belleview 16
Lake Lillian Park Recreation Enhancements as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 575. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
