Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Northeast Florida Regional Public Safety 9
Training Facility - Phase 2 is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 756, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,950,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Northeast Florida 16
Regional Public Safety Training Facility - Phase 2 as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 756. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
