Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Dunnellon Trail is an Appropriations Project as 8
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 9
is described in Appropriations Project Request 114, herein 10
incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,537,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 13
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 14
Dunnellon Trail as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
114. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
