Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Family First - All Pro Dad Adoption & Foster 9
Care Promotion Services is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 467, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Family First - 16
All Pro Dad Adoption & Foster Care Promotion Services as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 467. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
