Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Eastern Florida State College - Aerospace 9
Center of Excellence (ACE) is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 704, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Eastern Florida State 16
College - Aerospace Center of Excellence (ACE) as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 704. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
