Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Coding in Color is an Appropriations Project as 8
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 9
is described in Appropriations Project Request 310, herein 10
incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Education to fund the Coding in Color as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 310. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
