Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Fort Meade Community Athletic Courts is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 821, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $103,380 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the Fort Meade Community 14
Athletic Courts as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
821. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
