Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. State Academic Tourney is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 822, herein incorporated by ref erence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the State Academic Tourney as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 822. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
