Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of South Florida Trafficking in 9
Persons (TIP) - Risk to Resilience Lab is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The R ules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 865, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $744,715 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Board of Governors to fund the University of South Florida 16
Trafficking in Persons (TIP) - Risk to Resilience Lab as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 865. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
