Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. One More Child Single Moms is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 341, herein incorporate d by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $380,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the One More Child 14
Single Moms as described in Appropriations Project Request 341. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
