Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. All Pro Dad's Fatherhood Literacy and Family 9
Engagement is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 591, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the All Pro Dad's Fatherhood 16
Literacy and Family Engagement as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 591. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
