Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Nova Southeastern University - Enhanced Funding 10
to Support Individuals with Autism and Developmental 11
Disabilities is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 12
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 13
in Appropriations Project Request 719, herein incorporated by 14
reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17
Department of Education to fund the Nova Southeastern University 18
- Enhanced Funding to Support Individuals with Autism and 19
Developmental Disabilities as described in Appropriations 20
Project Request 719. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
