Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. The Secret Place Home Advocacy Center is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 298, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $447,834 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund The Secret Place 14
Home Advocacy Center as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 298. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
