Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Largo McGough Nature Park Boardwalk Replacement 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 736, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $560,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Largo McGough 16
Nature Park Boardwalk Replacement as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 736. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
