Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Palm Beach County Green Cay Phase 2 is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 744, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Palm 14
Beach County Green Cay Phase 2 as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 744. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
