Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea Codrington Drive Drainage 9
Improvements Construction is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 857, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $511,571 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lauderdale-16
by-the-Sea Codrington Drive Drainage Improvements Construction 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 857. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
