Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Dade College - Workforce Training for 9
Mechatronics Careers (MECCA) Hub is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida H ouse of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 860, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the Miami Dade College - 16
Workforce Training for Mechatronics Careers (MECCA) Hub as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 860. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
