Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Doral Stormwater Improvements Sub Basin D -3-1 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 797, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Doral 16
Stormwater Improvements Sub Basin D -3-1 as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 797. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
