Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Caloosahatchee River Submerged Aquatic 9
Vegetation Restoration is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 743, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,619,693 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Prote ction to fund the 16
Caloosahatchee River Submerged Aquatic Vegetation Restoration as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 743. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
