Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Special Hearts Farm is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 437, herein incorporated by referen ce. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $5,395,903 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Special 14
Hearts Farm as described in Appropriations Project Reque st 437. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
