Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Mascotte - Groveland Regional Wastewater 9
Treatment Facility Upgrade and Expansion is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 766, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Mascotte - 16
Groveland Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility Upgrade and 17
Expansion as described in Appropriations Project Request 766. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
