Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Miami 8th Street Flood Improvements is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1093, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $4,890,723 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami 8th 14
Street Flood Improveme nts as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1093. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
