Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. North Miami Beach Police Department Police 9
Firearms Range and Training Facility is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 658, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the North Miami Beach 16
Police Department Police Firearms Range and Training Facility as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 658. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
