Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lakeland Regional Health Medical Center – 9
Graduate Medical Education Facility Construction is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 544, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Health to fund the Lakeland Regional Health 16
Medical Center – Graduate Medical Education Facility 17
Construction as described in Appropriations Project Request 544. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
