Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. CASL Renaissance Manor - Independent Supportive 9
Housing is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 494, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the CASL 16
Renaissance Manor - Independent Supportive Housing as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 494. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
