Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. School District of Manatee County - Aviation 10
Maintenance Technician School at SRQ Airport is an 11
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 12
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 13
Project Request 723, herein incorporated by reference. 14
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 15
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 16
the Department of Education to fund the School District of 17
Manatee County - Aviation Maintenance Technician School at SRQ 18
Airport as described in Appropriations Project Request 723. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
