Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Marie Selby Botanical Gardens Accessibility 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is de scribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 651, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Marie Selby 16
Botanical Gardens Accessibility Improvements as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 651. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
