Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. South Broward Drainage District Rehabilitation 9
of Triple 96" Metal Drainage Culverts is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in Th e Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 275, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $262,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the South Broward 16
Drainage District Rehabilitation of Triple 96" Metal Drainage 17
Culverts as described in Appropriations Project Request 275. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
