Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Self Reliance - Home Modification for Elders 9
Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 570, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $600,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the Self Reliance - Home 16
Modification for Elders Program as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 570. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
