Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Bunnell Wastewater Treatment Facility 9
Infrastructure Upgrade and Modernization is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Flori da House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1151, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Bunnell 16
Wastewater Treatment Facility Infrastructure Upgrade and 17
Modernization as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1151. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
