Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. The Bay Park Sarasota is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 560, herein incorporated by refer ence. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Environmental Protection to fund The Bay Park 14
Sarasota as described in Appropriations Project Reque st 560. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
