Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Dixie County Flood and Stormwater Mitigation is 9
an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 10
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 11
Project Request 664, herein incorporated by reference. 12
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 13
of $2,711,262 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 14
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Dixie 15
County Flood and Stormwater Mitigation as described in 16
Appropriations Project Request 664. 17
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 18
