Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

Section 1. Daytona State College - Sensitive Compartmented 10
Information Facility and Equipment for Databas e and 11
Cybersecurity Programs is an Appropriations Project as defined 12
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 13
described in Appropriations Project Request 1040, herein 14
incorporated by reference. 15
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 16
of $412,130 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 17
Department of Education to fund the Daytona State College - 18
Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility and Equipment for 19
Database and Cybersecurity Programs as described in 20
Appropriations Project Request 1040. 21
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 22
