Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. DeBary Stormwater Infrastructure Collapse in 9
Volusia Blue and Gemini Springshed is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 606, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the DeBary 16
Stormwater Infrastructure Collapse in Volusia Blue and Gemini 17
Springshed as described in Appropriations Project Request 606. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
