Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. City of Hialeah - Elder Meals Program is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 795, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,400,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Elder Affairs to fund the City of Hialeah - 14
Elder Meals Program as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 795. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
