Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Public Safety Mobile Command Center is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 783, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $699,519 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Public Safety Mobile 14
Command Center as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
783. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
