Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Boynton Beach Chapel Hill Neighborhood Drainage 9
Improvements Design and Permitting is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 1046, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Boynton Beach 16
Chapel Hill Neighborhood Drainage Improvements Design and 17
Permitting as described in Appropriations Project Request 1046. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
