Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Regional Crime Prevention Strategy is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 764, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $705,048 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Regional Crime 14
Prevention Strategy as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 764. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
