Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Boca Raton Wastewater Treatment Plant Nutrient 9
and Energy Reduction Enhancements is an Appropriations Project 10
as defined in The Ru les of The Florida House of Representatives 11
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 663, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,600,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Boca 16
Raton Wastewater Treatment Plant Nutrient and Energy Reduction 17
Enhancements as described in Appropriations Project Request 663. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
