Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Palm Beach County Providencia Cay Habitat 9
Restoration Project is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 844, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protect ion to fund the Palm Beach 16
County Providencia Cay Habitat Restoration Project as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 844. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
