Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Children of Inmates, Inc. Family Strengthening 9
Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1187, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Corrections to fund the Children of Inmates, 16
Inc. Family Strengthening Program as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1187. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
