Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. HabCenter Supported Employment Program - Palm 9
Beach is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 654, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the HabCenter 16
Supported Employment Program - Palm Beach as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 654. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
