Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Delray Beach Catherine Strong Park Improvements 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 634, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Delray Beach 16
Catherine Strong Park Improvements as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 634. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
