Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Boca Raton City Hall and Municipal 9
Complex Emergency Generators is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 653, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Division of Emergency Management to fund the City of Boca 16
Raton City Hall and Municipal Complex Emergency Generators as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 653. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
